Peter Drucker in his guidance to management indicates that the Enterprise is to serve the Economy, individual and society.

Current ratio of Highest paid employee and lowest paid employee

Peter Drucker states that a 40 times gap between the pay of the lowest paid employees and the top management pay. Today, there are companies that are paying top management awith a spread of 400 to over 1000 times the lowest paid employees in the company. This does not help redistribution of rewards from the business to all of the employees.

Providing support to the place where the business is located

Supporting the local economy or resource pool is an important consideration for a healthy place to work. When an Enterprise moves from a location to pay lower share of taxes or determines ways to avoid taxes with offshore mechanisms. the local communities suffer and the enterprise is not paying their fair share.

Throw away products and advertising demand

The responsibility for products generally shifts to the consumer with the exception of limited warranties from producers. This places the burden of recycling and waste to the consumer and local communities / cities
